Rar. I don't have much to talk about today. Except that I thought Matrix was okay. I mean... it had stuff that was pointless. Ah, you're gonna go see it anyway. Who cares what I think?
A friend of mine from school, Jim started a flash animated series called Cletus the Fetus. I only helped him to put the cartoons on the site so if you get offended don't mail me about it.
I really like the design of the Twin Snakes trailer. It's funny, too. haha.

Yep, it's Matrix time.... a few of my friends and I are going to go see what I would guess is the first showing at 10 pm tonight. Hurrah. Like the nerds we are, we're going to be watching The Animatrix beforehand and be total nerds about it. The Animatrix is pretty neat. I gotta say my favorite is probably... "Kid's Story". The animation and story are just great. My least favorite though is "Final Flight of The Osiris"(Hehe, my brother and I disagreed a lot here). I mean, it's beautiful. I don't dispute that. But after looking at it next to those 8 other shorts, what an incredible waste. One of the greatest parts about animation as a medium is that you can use it to do ANYTHING. Yet, while watching Osiris, I found myself thinking "why didn't they just do live action?". Outside of a few really great shots here and there, they don't really take advantage of the fact that it's animation. It just simulates reality way too much. I would have liked to see more character stylization or perhaps crazier kung-fu acrobatics. As it is, it's just a little boring.
Remember a few rants ago when I said I wasn't too excited about Sonic Heroes? Just kidding. I saw a video of it the other night and it looks pretty darn fun! It looks like Sonic meets Lost Vikings or something. The main fact that I liked what I saw is that it didn't SLOW DOWN. That's what I hated about Sonic Adventure. I mean, jeez, the Sonic speed action levels were GREAT. But when it got to some other character and it was all "FIND TEH EMERALDS!!!" "CATCH TEH FISH!!!" ... I mean... it just got slow. and boring. Doesn't it seem fundamentally WRONG for a Sonic game to be slow? If the game was 20 Sonic speed action stages, one after another, It would be the best game ever. EVER. I mean those speed action stages are nuts. You should see webrunner play SA2's Final Rush. Anyhow, I'm a huge Sonic fan so I'm kind of passionate about this. Sonic Heroes has the Chaotix! Gahaha. I should break out my 32X and play the original game for old time's sake.

Guh... buh... gah. Okay you guys, I'm not going to tell you anything again :P I'm seriously not turning into a depressed artist. I was seriously just trying to say thank you to all the people who've stuck with me over the years. I'm perfectly happy! :D
I suppose you've all probably seen this Metal Gear Solid 3 trailer. He's in the jungle, man. That's pretty cool beans. I mean he eats jungle things and everything.
Nobody seems to like Bill Laimbeer's Combat Basketball. This is probably due to the former having awful controls, but the concept makes up for it. Robots can make anything cool. Coming next week, Robot RPG World. With robots. Cause it would be cooler. Cooler than yo mama.
Speaking of yo mama, it's mother's day, so you should give her a present. If you don't have any ideas on what to give her, get a plastic cup, stick some pipe cleaners in it, glue some macaroni and glitter on, and draw some flowers on it with markers. When you give it to your mom and she asks "...What is it?", start crying. This way, your mom will say she loves it. Unless she's mean. In which case she doesn't deserve the awesome cup macaroni extravaganza anyway.
