Earlier this week, my friend War pointed out that this Comixpedia site did some kind of ranking of the most-read webcomics, and that RPG World is #12. I seriously doubt the validity of this survey, as their methods seem a little weird and they definitely left out a lot of webcomics that I'm sure would be on that list. But still, my friend Nick persisted that I should at least consider how many people read the comic, which admittedly, is a lot. I mean, numbers don't really mean so much to me. I hardly ever check my page statistics. But I did yesterday, and it seems that, despite all the mail I get telling me that the comic is going downhill, more and more people are reading RPG World each month. I'm not really so hung up on the quantity of the readers as much as I am at the fact that you guys are actually out there. You guys are seriously some of the best readers in the world. I mean, sure I get the occasional raving madman in my inbox telling me everything I do is wrong, but overall, I think most of you are seeing that I'm trying to make my comic the best that I can, and you're sticking with me while I do it. I admit, over the years I've done a LOT of stupid, unfunny comics, comics that were drawn horribly, and comics that made a lot of people hate me. And some of you have gotten tired of me and left. But those of you who have stuck with me for this long and continue to read and enjoy my comic no matter what crazy crap I pull are truly the best readers ever. and I thank you all for that.
[EDIT!] argh stop blarr wait nooo! Okay, a lot of you guys (rightfully) misunderstood me I guess. I'm not trolling for compliments. That long paragraph up there was more of a THANK YOU to you guys. Thanks for being there. Thanks for being the best readers ever.
In other news, I've lost my freaking Playstation memory cards! WTF!!@!1lOMG2p5i1[p
On the other hand, I bought Bill Laimbeer's Combat Basketball. I don't care what anyone says. This game was freaking awesome. You know what else is awesome? Base Wars. I mean, look at it. baseball with robots. That's way awesome.

Hey hey hey ho hey. Someone wrote me to ask if I'd do a video of the computer trickery I use to do the comic, like the one over at Pennies Arcade. Unfortunately that would be very boring, as my comic is done mostly by hand, except for the coloring and lettering, which is done in Photoshop. That's about as intense as watching your little sister do a coloring book. I'm sorry. I'm untalented.
Aaaaand that's the end! yeah this is a short rant. But to make up for it, I give you THIS. It's the Free Comic Book Day page that apparently very few people were able to get last week.
